Black and minority ethnic (BME) staff and other underrepresented groups working in the NHS will have the opportunity to enhance their conflict resolution skills thanks to a new programme launched by the NHS Leadership Academy.

30 November 2011 : National Leadership Academy
As with all the other structural changes to the NHS the landscape for national delivery and hosting of leadership activity is also changing. The intention, announced by Secretary of State back in June, is to bring together all our existing national leadership programme work, along with a new range of commissions and activities and provide through a newly established NHS Leadership Academy a single, comprehensive home for leadership.
28 November 2011 : NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme wins Large Employer of the Year at CIMA Awards
The NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme (hosted by the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement) has won the Large Employer of the Year category of the 2011 CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) awards announced this week.
