About Clinical Leadership

We have worked with a range of partners to co-ordinate leadership activity, learn from the best and develop the thinking required for sustainable improvements in leadership capability.  In 2011 and 2012 we will see wider communication with the service and greater engagement from clinicians in leadership activities.  Particular priority areas include:

• Developing a generic leadership framework for all clinicians
• Developing the NHS leadership currency and accreditation process
• Curricula Development
• NLC Clinical Leadership Fellowship Programme
• Attracting clinicians into leadership
