Emerging Leadership

Through the Emerging Leaders workstream the National leadership Council will create a social movement in which the next generation of leaders can flourish.  Our work will focus on identifying, inspiring and enthusing potential leaders and enabling their career progression through a leadership climbing frame. In partnership with all Strategic Health Authorities, we are creating opportunities for leadership development and encouraging the creation of multi-disciplinary networks at regional and national levels.
